Kalash is used in all kinds of worship like Navratri worship, Deepawali worship, Griha Pravesh worship, Akshaya Tritiya worship etc. Keeping the Kalash at two places in any house is very auspicious. In this the first place is our worship house and second is the main gate. The water of the holy river should be kept in the Kalash kept at both the places. If you do not have water from any holy river, then take fresh water and mix Gangajal in it.
